When he returns from Iraq he will return to Fort Hood Texas where he moved from Tennessee 2 years ago.

Obama supporters claim they voted for him because of his policies and not because of Race, Party, Personality or just merely jumping on the bandwagon.

They polled 3 African American voters to determine if they voted for Obama based on his race or policies.  When they interviewed them they used Mccains Policies when referring to Obama.

One man was asked if he voted for Obama because he was Prolife or because he wanted to Keep the Troops in Iraq and the man answered because he wanted to keep the troops in Iraq!!

A Man & a woman were asked if they voted for Obama and they said yes, then the guy asked them if anything were to happen to Obama and Sarah Palin became President would that be ok and they both replied “yeah that would be alright”

Unfortunately,The American People elected Barack Hussein Obama as the 44th President of the United States.  It’s sad that the illusion of what the man stood for weighed more with the American Public than the Reality of where he came from and what he actually stands for and who he stands with…..

He himself stated in his acceptance speech (not that anyone REALLY heard him) that he will be unable to make change within his term….WHAT???  All these people voted for him on the basis of all his empty promises and now he is slapping them in the face the very night they elected him.

Yeah, this is gonna be a nightmare!!

President elect Obama in his victory speech noted that restoring the country’s health might take more than a term but he did not lay out to the American People exactly what they are facing:

* The deficit will be more than $1 trillion a year for several years
* The country needs a massive new fiscal stimulus
* The housing market will continue to decline through at least 2010
* Interest rates and taxes will eventually have to rise (after the economy stabilizes)
* Weak corporations have to be allowed to fail (even the small ones)
* Millions of homeowners will lose their house
* Unemployment will probably rise to 10%
* The government simply cannot “bail the country out” — not because it lacks the will, but because it lacks the power.
* IT is most unlikely that Iraq will approve Obama’s timeframe of May 2010 and when a tsunami of soldiers crash into Afghanistan, it will leave Iraq & Pakistan both in civil wars by 9/11/2011.
Whats worse is that I fear there will now be a wide spread onset of entitlement within certain communities.

He is only 5 months into this tour and has left behind his wife Mandi and 3 little girls one of which has a heart problem.

So in following my forefather’s lead as a revolutionary leader of criticism on taxation and how he questioned the definition of colony rights under Great Britain’s parliament, I fear today we equally should gravely question actions and proposals Senators Obama & Biden to bolster governance oversight and reconsider the taxation policies of such plans empower any group of individuals further charge/control over us.

‘Tis why McCain speaks so much of lesser government involvement so that we can secure and keep the right and privilege of our freedoms of independent choice. In fact, many of McCain’s plans help put responsibility in the hands of individuals and “out of the hands of government.” Otherwise we have regressed to a looming aristocracy of D.C. residents…or worse yet an internal British-esque Monarchy!

There’s a political root cause to the mess that we ignore at our own peril. If we blame the wrong culprits, we’ll learn wrong  lessons. And taxpayers end up on the hook for every fix for what washington misguides.

Obama and Democrats on the Hill want more government control over the American economy. And incrementally, piece by piece — their usual MO — they’re getting it.  soon our democracy I fear will errode into a communistic aristocracy.

A. S. HOPKINS, senior member of the firm of Hopkins & Bro., dealers in wood and willow ware, 311-313 J street, Sacramento, is a veritable son of New England, possessed of all the versatility, energy and pluck so characteristic of new England people. He was born March 21, 1837, at Cambridge, Vermont; his father, S. F. Hopkins, was a merchant; his mother’s maiden name was Harriet Austin. The family is clearly of Welsh origin, and the direct line of ancestry can be traced back to the Mayflower. Stephen Hopkins was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. The subject of this notice was educated at Georgia, Franklin County, Vermont. At the age of sixteen years he began teaching school, in his native town, and later at Grand Isle. In 1854 he emigrated to Crete, Illinois, a few miles south of Chicago, and taught school there four years. Thence he went to Blackjack and Cottonwood, Kansas, and was on hand to participate in the Kansas troubles in 1856-‘57, between the settlers and the border ruffians. Returning to Vermont, he was employed in a bookstore at Burlington, and in 1861 enlisted from Burlington as a private in the First Vermont Infantry, going out with the three-months men, to Newport News. He participated in the disastrous battle of Big Bethel, and at the expiration of his term of enlistment was honorably discharged and returned to his home in Vermont. In 1862, when twenty-five years old, still unmarried and unsettled in life, he determined once more to strike out for the far West, and came to the Golden State. Embarking on the steamer Ariel, he came by way of the Isthmus, arriving in San Francisco June 30, 1862. His first enterprise was the management of a dairy ranch which he owned in Marion County. This he sold in 1863, and he went to the Forest City mining district and engaged in dairying, saw-milling and mining. After a time he quit all these and resumed school-teaching, first in Solano County and afterward in Bloomfield, Sonoma County. In 1865 he became a member of the Maine Prairie Rifles in Solano, and was First Lieutenant of that organization. Was justice of the peace in 1866-‘67. February 4, 1868, he came to Sacramento and started a news office and bookstore, and continued in this line for ten years; then, in 1878, he sold out to W. A. and C. S. Houghton, who continued the business. Soon afterward he engaged in the wood and willow ware trade, in company with U. C. Billingsby. In 1886 his brother, E. C., succeeded Mr. Billingsby. Mr. Hopkins entered public life in 1876, as county supervisor for the unexpired term of J. A. Mason. Was a school trustee until 1888, and a director of the Free Library for five years. Is a member of Eureka Lodge, No. 4, I. O. O. F.; a past president of the Society of Veteran Odd Fellows; a member of Sumner Post, No. 3, G. A. R.; of Sacramento Lodge, No. 80, A. O. U. W.; of Unity Lodge, No. 2088, K. of H.; was president of the first Immigration Society, which was organized in 1878, and two years afterward was merged into the Central and Northern, and of which he was president for two years; was also, in 1886, one of the founders and has been a director up to this time, of the Sacramento Improvement Association; and also was one of the original members and directors of the Sacramento Board of Trade, and since then chosen to the same position. Mr. Hopkins was married April 17, 1868, to Miss Harriet Hewes, daughter of Jonathan Hewes, of Vermont, and a descendant of Cyrus Hewes, who also was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins have three children: Stephen I., Grace E. and William. Such, in brief, is the outline of the busy life of one of New England’s sons.

I bet this is something none of you know…..

In July 2008, the Obama campaign proudly touted the appointment of a new Muslim outreach director. Then by August 5,2008, he’s out following questions about his ties to a radical Muslim imam and the Muslim brotherhood.

My question is WHY does Obama have a Muslim Outreach Director in the first place?  Has any other candidate EVER done this??  And if he was trying to go beyond the line of his Muslim Heritage that he so fondly denies why would he not do a thorough search on someone who is a Muslim Outreach Director for his campaign, volunteer or not??!!

Mr Mazen Asbahi stated he was blessed with the privilege to serve the Obama for America Campaign as the National Coordinator for Muslim Affairs. What he failed to mention in that letter was that he had at the time of his service with Obama maintained an 18 year association with Mr Jamal Said.  Mr Said was named a co-conspirator in the racketeering trial last year of several HAMAS activities.  Mr Said is also identified as a leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood dating back to 1993.

So you say Ok he is no longer with the Obama Campaign and was only with him a week no big deal, Well…….

Obama’s new Muslim Outreach Director, Ms. Minha Husaini, participated in a meeting in mid September that was attended by several controversial Muslim Activists.  The goal of this meeting was achieving peace in the Middle East, PROTECTING THE CIVIL LIBERTIES of Muslims in America and ending the war in Iraq.

This was not an advertised meeting and some of those who attended were notified by text message…….WHAT!!!…….That means the Obama campaign has access to the private information to these controversial Muslims who are plotting against Americans and he embraces them!!

2 attendees in question and people Obama is dealing with are:

* Mahdi Bray of the Muslim American Society whose has a history of defending terrorist organizations Hamas & Hezbollah.

* Nihad Awad director of CAIR who is suspect of the Holy Land foundation terrorism financing case. CAIR spokes person stated that CAIR condems ‘every act of terrorism’ but would not answer whether or not CAIR condems those designated terrorist groups including Hamas & Hebullah.

A participant from the September meeting speaking on condition of anonymity said he was stunned to learn that Awad and Bray had been invited to an event where Obama representatives would be present. The participant said Awad and Bray are considered politically “radioactive.” He said that some in the Obama group knew ahead of time that top CAIR officials would be in attendance–an allegation the Obama campaign disputes. (Dont they deny everything. This is the biggest smoke and mirrors campaign ever!!)

“Yes, when I knew they were coming it made me uncomfortable,” the attendee said. “There was some hope it wouldn’t get out” into the media, the attendee added. “There was some concern within the Obama camp that some of these people coming may be a political liability.”

Chicago-based lawyer Mazen Asbahi also attended the meeting.
REMEMBER:He is the Obama campaign’s former Muslim outreach coordinator, who abruptly resigned in August after the Wall Street Journal and websites that track fundamentalist Islam began questioning Asbahi’s involvement in an Islamic investment fund and various Islamic groups. When reached by NBC News, Asbahi would not comment about the September gathering or his brief stint eight years ago on an investment fund board which also included a fundamentalist imam.

Obama campaign reaction
The Obama campaign would not allow NBC News to interview its Muslim outreach director, Minha Husaini. It issued a statement explaining that she was not a meeting organizer. “Our campaign has an interfaith outreach organization that is equipping people of faith with the tools they need to educate their friends and family members about Senator Obama’s plans to bring the change we need,” the statement said. “This meeting was not organized by the campaign–our outreach staff attends many meetings in the course of each day, and they accepted an invitation from community leaders to attend.”
