Cognitive field psycologists define intelligence as the ability to respond in present situations on the basis of anticipation of future possible consequences and with a view to controlling the consequences which ensue. One’s intelligence so defined consists of the number and quality of one’s insights. To say the least, Aaron is an intelligent person in possession of a magnetic personality. His real sensitivity and caring have left an indelible impression on me. This intensity of his leadership comes across not only in what he has to say verbally, but also in deeds that speak eloquently on a non-verbal level. Aaron’s enthusiasm, energy, ease with people, competence and desire to always do a first-rate job in anything he undertakes certainly suggests that he is a very sound person to work with.
