No BS at the BOD Table
Man, I love it when people immediately react and tell you an answer to a question and thats it. No elaboration or explaination trying to persuade an answer - just simple matter of fact , thats the way it is - an answer to ONLY the question that was asked. And the mutual respect for the fact that I had a question and it was reguarded as important and promptly answer in due course to matter how pertinent it may had seemed to the one posed a question.
People here have to everyday outperform the next person or they are off the pot in a sense, and I love that stimulation! That’s why I am truly a competitors challenge !
Short sweet intense competitveness of this area is something that was sorely missed. Im so damn glad Im in the middle of that get things done attitude and the “if you are ever slow, well you simply get eaten approach” to tasks. . . No room for procrastination or overdone refinery - you either have it the first time or you are out! and only field experience can provide an understanding to that !
Jumping into Teams and initiatives that get that are the skydive rushes for me, the rest well they can rot! Unless the retain me too - . . . up front lol
